Privacy Policy Statement

The Edges Learning Community (ECC)

This statement discloses the privacy practices for the ECC site. This confirms that The Edges Coaching Community (ECC) holds your privacy and that of your personal information in strict confidence. If you purchase an item directly from ECC, or sign up to receive one or more of ECC’s email newsletters, you can be assured that we are committed to protecting your privacy. This commitment extends to all the personal information you provide when you purchase a product from our site. ECC will not share, sell or disclose your information to third parties in any form, for any purpose, at any time unless we have your consent. This includes, but is not limited to, your email address. You personal information will not be sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to third parties, nor used for purposes other then those expressly sanctioned by ECC. Please note that all of our electronic mailings conform to an opt-in policy, which means you must elect to receive information from us. You will never receive unsolicited email from ECC.

Ordering with Us
When purchasing products or services on the ECC site, you're asked for credit card, billing, and shipping information. This information is transmitted using a secure, encrypted form. This credit card, billing and shipping information is gathered to bill customers for goods and services purchased and to ship merchandise. Only billing vendors have access to financial information and only for the purpose of billing customers. At times ECC may refer users to other Web sites to purchase products. User activity on those sites is covered by the privacy policies on those sites.

Sharing of Information
ECC does not share aggregate or personal information with 3rd parties. ECC will disclose personal and aggregate information when required by a valid legal mechanism such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or when we deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or our members, employees, or properties.

Online Surveys
At times ECC will run online surveys asking for specific contact or demographic information, such as what areas of the site interest you and how you use the web. These surveys are always optional. The purpose of these surveys is to improve the website for its' users.

ECC provides links to other sites. ECC is not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of these other sites.

Framed Sites
ECC may syndicate its content to and distribute its content through other sites on the Internet. Although you may see the ECC logo on these pages, your activity and information on a framed site is governed, gathered and controlled by the privacy statement on the URL /domain address you're visiting. ECC does not receive user information back from these framed sites.
